Each session focuses on decompressing the body, improving posture, and restoring balance between strength and mobility. The Oov naturally guides your body into proper alignment, helping you move more freely while calming the nervous system.

LEVEL 1 OOV

This class blends the precision and resistance of Tower Pilates with the dynamic neuromuscular feedback of the Oov—a unique, curved apparatus designed to support the spine’s natural curves and challenge core stability.

Using the Tower, you’ll work through controlled movements that lengthen, tone, and strengthen the entire body—focusing on alignment, breath, and balanced muscle activation. The Oov adds an intelligent layer of instability that awakens deep core muscles, refines spinal articulation, and encourages postural correction through active awareness rather than force.

An energizing reformer / tower workout integrating the Oov to enhance strength, balance, and fluid movement. This class builds on Level One foundations with dynamic sequences that challenge coordination, stability, and core control. Expect a powerful, mindful flow that leaves you feeling aligned, strong, and centered.
