Move Better, Feel Better

Level 1.0 Reformer Flow

Reformer Level 1 – Foundation

A refined starting point for beginners and anyone looking to progress into a method rooted in true alignment. This class is designed to be taken first, creating the essential foundation before advancing into Level 1.5 or Level 2.

You’ll focus on breath, control, and precise movement—learning how to properly engage the body while building strength, stability, and coordination. Each exercise is intentionally broken down, allowing you to develop awareness and confidence without relying on momentum.

With the integration of the OOV, the body receives continuous feedback, helping retrain posture, balance, and overall movement patterns. This supports not only strength and alignment, but also the body’s internal balance systems—making it especially beneficial for those experiencing dizziness, inner ear imbalances, or general instability.

Level 1.5 Reformer Flow

Reformer Flow 1.5

This class bridges foundational work into a more fluid, dynamic experience. Blending the reformer with the OOV, you’ll move through intentional sequences that challenge stability within motion.

Expect a focus on controlled transitions, coordination, and multi-plane movement, where the body learns to stay supported while continuously adapting. The OOV enhances feedback to the nervous system, encouraging more efficient movement patterns and deeper muscle activation without relying on momentum.

As movement becomes more integrated, this class supports balance retraining and spatial awareness, making it ideal for those wanting to improve control while also addressing subtle issues like lightheadedness or instability.

A seamless progression that builds strength, flow, and precision.

Stretch & stabilize

A foundational class designed to reset the body from the inside out. Using the OOV, your spine is fully supported across its natural curves, placing the body into a state of gentle instability that activates deep core muscles and restores alignment.

This class focuses on slow, controlled movement to build motor control, stability, and awareness—the true base of strength. Through precise sequencing and breath, you’ll learn how to move one part of the body while stabilizing another, improving coordination and overall balance.

Because the OOV challenges your balance systems (eyes, inner ear, and nervous system working together), it can be especially beneficial for those experiencing dizziness, vertigo, or inner ear imbalances, helping retrain how your body finds equilibrium in space.

A refined, intelligent starting point for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect to their body.
