We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your online appointment. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Clients’ data will be retained throughout training. Clients doing business with Oovique Pilates Studio will have their data retained digitally until the following occur:
- Client has requested, in writing, that data be deleted
- Client has deleted their own data through the app
Your data will be retained indefinitely until requested to delete.
Users can permanently remove data from the Oovique Pilates Studio app at any time or submit a request in writing to have their data removed.
We never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
